Yes. A Usermade workspace is tied to a Shopify store, so you roll it out per client like a brand would. You keep the same system—lists, campaigns, submissions, approvals, optional rewards—instead of scattered spreadsheets, email threads, and DMs across accounts.

No. Many teams start by sourcing content from qualified customers through lists and campaigns, with no product send. Product gifting or paid-style rewards are optional: you enable them per list or campaign when you want that lever.

Influencer marketplaces match you with creators who may never have used your product. Usermade is built around people who already do—customers, fans, and creators in your orbit—so the content tends to read as real use, not a one-off paid post.

You fund store credit, Shopify gift cards, and discount-style perks from your store—Usermade does not take a percentage on those. When you pay creators in cash commissions through Usermade, you cover the commission amounts; Usermade adds a 2.5% platform fee on those commission payouts (along with payment processing costs), shown on your payout invoices. You still set commission rates and tiers in your program rules.

Participants accept usage terms when they submit. Approved assets are available to download with rights bundled in the workflow, so you are not renegotiating usage file by file.
